My 35 years of marriage and raising three wonderful adults. My business career has been an amazing adventure because I have had the confidence to take risks, build companies and nurture talent. I have been supported by an incomparable group of mentors, colleagues and friends. 

"Off the Job" Passions:

Bonnie serves on the Boards of several food and nutrition products companies. She has been a business plan competition judge for The Enterprise Center at SSU and The Wharton School. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier (women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality). She is an accomplished amateur chef across a broad range of world cuisines. Married for 35 years with three adult children, she is passionate about her home of over 30 years – historic Salem, Massachusetts – where she supports a wide range of non-profit institutions. She is a Trustee for Monserrat College of Art and a Member of the Leadership Council for the Essex County Community Foundation. She enjoys hiking, skiing, crewel embroidery, champagne and rye whiskey.

Bonnie has a passion for starting, growing and running companies. She is the Founder of DKH Business Advisors, GF Solutions, Hellas International and a subsidiary of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of MA. Additionally, she served as CEO of GameMetrix Solutions and held executive positions with SweetSpot, Gemini Consulting, Harbridge House (acquired by Coopers & Lybrand), Frito-Lay and Monsanto Company.

During her time as a management consultant she led teams at top brands, including Pillsbury, Estée Lauder, Ross Stores and Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital.

As Founder & CEO of GF Solutions, Bonnie created the strategic vision, launched the company, and directly managed the product development and manufacturing. And as Co-Founder of Hellas International, Inc. she developed the preeminent brand of Greek specialty foods in North America and successfully sold that company to Krinos Foods.

She has served as Chairman of the Board of GF Solutions and Hellas Int'l and as a member of several additional Boards. In addition, Bonnie has held leadership roles at angel investing groups such as Golden Seeds and Investors Circle.

Bonnie holds an MBA in Management & Labor Relations from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS/BA in Business & Communications from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
