7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Butler Hors d’oeuvres in the Solarium and Discussion About the Economy - Please join us as we welcome back Tom Fay, Regional President of BNY Mellon.  Tom is a seasoned banking veteran and has spent his career in wealth management. As prior CIO and Head of Private Bank and Trust at Citizens and now as Regional President at BYN Mellon- Tom is responsible for assessing market conditions in conjunction with the bank to make the best decisions for their clients.  Tom will share economic trends and forecasts in this informal discussion about what’s going on in our global economy and what is to come as it relates to not only our business but our personal wealth management.  Tom is a Raffoni Group favorite and we look forward to learning from his insight and expertise!

In their presentation they will discuss how to best manage the M&A process as CEO (whether buying or selling) so that you, personally, are minimally distracted and best leveraged.  They will also touch on valuation and what drives enterprise value beyond EBITDA.  Whether buying, selling, or preparing to sell, Rob and Stephen are tremendous partner assets to the Raffoni Group CEO Network and we welcome their return.

11:00 – 11:45 a.m. - CEO Panel: Insights from CEOs: M & A - The CEOs in the Raffoni Group network come with deep experience and many have been involved in several transactions.  We selected a few of our CEO friends to join a panel discussion with Rob and Stephen from Bigelow to share their transaction stories as well as how they both felt and managed the process as a CEO (both on the buying and/or selling side).  They will share what made them happy as well as what they wish they had done differently during the process. Additionally, as CEO peers- they will share TIPS for CEOs who want to acquire and/or are looking to be acquired.

12:45 – 1:15 p.m. - Change Management Fun Activity - Simply put, executing change in organizations is hard.  It’s hard for employees and top leaders alike but for different reasons.  In this activity some well show why change is so difficult and get a sense for what managers can to do influence the employee transition process.  Leaders will get an opportunity to learn how employees feel going through times of uncertainty and will have the change to think about how to make the process more effective in their own organizations.

1:15 – 2:00 p.m. - Why and When to Invest in Upping Your Financial Diligence
Trusted advisor and Raffoni partner, Travis Drouin, will discuss different levels of financial sophistication and the risks of not up the diligence when the timing is right.  He will discuss his view of what every CEO should have at their fingertips from a financial perspective to best run their business as well as horror stories and love stories from those who have taken different paths.
